Returns

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition

Items may only show minimal handling necessary for inspection

Once your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected and processed within approximately 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage, excessive wear, misuse, or alterations not caused by Ella’s Closet.

Lost Packages
If your order appears lost during shipping, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
